  Efficient work to get our CH running again

  Our CH boiler stopped working on Saturday morning. Called our maintenance company who didn't pick up (I discovered later that they had gone into administration) so I found Kevin on Which Trusted Traders. Kevin was busy working elsewhere on Saturday but came on Sunday; he diagnosed the problem (a faulty circuit board) and on Monday he picked up a replacement and fitted it (even though it meant coming straight from a funeral he had attended). I was impressed with the care he took to be sure it was the PCB and not something else, and with his dedication to get us fixed as soon as possible. He wa

  Came home from holiday to find the heating wasn’t working - within 45mins, Kevin had located the problem, sourced replacement parts & completed the job to a high standard - will definitely be using in the future for any other jobs that come up! Efficient & honest 👍🏼

  Water filter installation

  I wanted a water filter installed for drinking water. Kevin shared his experience and recommended an RO filter. We did our research and went with what he recommended. He fitted the filter nice and neatly under the sink and has set dates with us for when he'd come and replace the filters every 6 months. I've also recommended him to my friends and they've also now got nice new water filters fitted.

  New Boiler

  My boiler broke down and Kevin installed a new one and done a power flush this only took him 2 days then the new boiler was up and running and my hot water and heating was a lot better then it was before I would highly recommend

  Gas boiler breakdown

  If only I could add more stars to this recommendation. Kevin is an excellent tradesman. Kevin came out to fix my boiler when I had no heating or hot water. Within minutes he'd diagnosed the issue, got the spare part out of the van and had it all working again. Kindly went around and vented all of our radiators and gave us some advice with our Hive thermostat. Would highly recommend Kevin to anyone that needs a friendly, experienced plumber
