Excellent service from start to finish. He fixed a leaking toilet with new parts and also spotted a few other bits that were likely to fail soon, so he sorted those as well. Came the next day exactly when he said he would. Reliable, knowledgeable and a sound guy too. Highly recommend.

El Salvador's fit me in quickly at an affordable price, which I appreciated. However, they wouldnt insert the vanity unit drawers (technically it isnt their job, but im used to tradesmen who would go the extra mile), and left some glue mess they claimed was pre-existing. They also failed to apply silicone between the sink and wall — he apologised and promised to return, but it's been a few weeks with no visit or response. Glad they were available and affordable, but I wouldn't consider it a particularly high quality job.

The young gentleman was prompt and polite. He came and gave us a quote which we were happy with and came out the following afternoon to complete the job. He was very tidy and we are more than satisfied with his work.

Quick to respond to my initial enquiry and able to come round promptly. Clear and upfront about pricing, very easy to deal with, friendly and honest. Good price and the job was done properly. Would happily use again.

Great service, friendly but professional . booked to replace 2 toilets in my new property but because the finish would be better on one once the new flooring has gone down; Alex is coming back (as part of the same job) to fit once my flooring is completed. He went absolutely above and beyond for me today and it was very much appreciated 👏
