  Replacement of wooden flooring

  The job involved replacing old wooden flooring with new rot resistent boarding. Berat visited the site and we discussed the best options. He made very helpful suggestions before and during the installation of the new flooring. The work was carried out exactly as specified, the results were excellent and the site was left absolutely clean and tidy. I can highly recommend ELR Plastering.

  Full kitchen fitting including plumbing and tiling.

  This is the third time we have used ELR this year. We had a lovely kitchen designed and decided to ask Berat to quote us to install it, which he did for a very reasonable price. Berat sorted the first and second fix plumbing, installed the kitchen and tiled the backsplash and kitchen floor. All to a very high standard. I am very pleased with my new kitchen! I would highly recommend ELR.

  Decorating the Hall and Landing

  The contract was to clean, remove mould, fill cracks, stain block and apply two coats of emulsion to the hall and landing. The hall and stairs are very high and difficult to access. The decorator discussed my options and kept me up to date with the progress. He arrived early and worked steadily through the three days it took. He was clean and tidy. A kindly gentleman who made me feel part of the process. Thank you ELR Plastering.

  Renovate bespoke shed doors, painting and attaching furnishings.

  The carpenter made good old bespoke shed doors without costing me a small fortune. They are now weatherproof and will keep out the local wildlife! They also look good.

  Iternal wall removal and ceiling plaster.

  We are having our living room and kitchen sorted. We needed a cupboard knocking out and a very old ceiling plastered over. This is the second time we have used Berat as he did such a lovely job the first time on our upstairs. We also have booked him in to install our kitchen later this month! We would highly recommend ELR.

  Fit ensuite and create new stud walls

  Berat did a a great job for us, on time and for the price he quoted. He turned up exactly when he said he would and kept us fully informed of the progress and the decisions he was making. He will be my first choice for any further building work we do.
