  ELP have been fantastic throughout our renovation and extension project. Nick’s help and advice has been invaluable and I can’t imagine what it would have been like without him.

  Replacement shower

  A fantastic job! Nick and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that my disabled daughter was able to have her shower replaced quickly. They were both friendly and professional and I would be delighted to recommend them.

  Electrical certificate for HMO, Plus repair of two faulty paper points and one light switch,

  On the 12th of August I used a firm The Name is N Wright ELP electrical services .Or an electrical certification certificate, plus a few other jobs. I was told this just be done in two separate visits. The total cost was £250.00. The electrical certificate was done but the other jobs like two problem power points were not, he did a bodge job on one and did not touch the second PowerPoint, He said he would return after his holiday of one week. I still have heard anything from him.

  We Acknowledge your feedback and we are compelled to reply. You are correct in that we undertook an EICR in your HMO 3 storey property, and as it was unsatisfactory due to a failed RCD within the consumer unit and a couple of smashed accessories. We did undertake these remedial works on our second attendance to allow a satisfactory outcome as per our obligation for the total sum of £250.00 Inc Vat which is undoubtedly a complete bargain for you! I was discussing with this customer further dates to undertake some of the EICR’s advisory observations, but they decided to use the threat of negative feedback on this site to jump our pre booked appointment slots, so here we are! I will be threatened by nobody especially YOU! It is a shame you feel personally frustrated and feel the need to vent your issue publicly. I really feel very, very sorry for you!   Nick Wright from ELP Electrical Services was fantastic he explained what the problem was and and what he’s going to do. Very friendly and honest and his work is second to none, clean and tidy worker. Would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with electrics.

  Board change

  I had a lovely lady Sam come to my property today to carry out some work, she was amazing! And a huge credit to the company, she was on time, friendly, got the job done in good timing, she ensured she fully cleaned up any mess made ( which was barely any) she also gave me lots of advice on other jobs that I will need doing in the future- I highly recommend this company to anyone, overall price was very reasonable, high quality professional work, Thankyou very much Sam your a star

  A couple of outside sockets and security lights

  Amazing company, needed the work done quite urgently, especially the lights. Although they were busy they managed to fit me in pretty quick. The work was spot on. Very tidy and extremely polite, really knew their trade. Would highly recommend.
