  Wade and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Any projects going forward I’ll be going straight to Wade We agreed on the work 6 months out. Wade turned up on the date and time agreed and was the same throughout the project. Team always cleaned up after them selves and treated it like our home not a building site He always worked with us throughout the project whoever we came up with any new ideas or changes I genuinely enjoyed our building process and it’s down to what a great guy / project manager Wade is and his team

  I engaged this company to repoint the gable wall of my bungalow, which had been showing signs of wear and tear and had shed a brick or two. I researched the matter and decided to place the business with this company who turned up on schedule on the 19th August The work included removal of the original mortar and it's replacement. A lot of dust was generated during the first phase, but this was cleared by the contractor including that which landed next door. I'm pleased with the job, and the man doing the work Dylan There were no undue delays once the work began.

  New pedestrian gateway and wall demolition project.

  The aim was to provide pedestrian access beside the narrow driveway. The Rated People job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

  Wrap around extension

  We couldn't be happier with our wrap around extension! The team was professional, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the space has completely transformed our home. Highly recommend Wade and the team.

  Stopped Responding After Arranging Visit

  I contacted the company for a quote on some repointing work. They arranged to visit, but had to rearrange, no problem. However, they then did not turn up for the rearranged visit and stopped replying to follow up queries.
