My Mum is very elderly and is now end of life. Sadly I don’t live close so only get to visit at weekends. Elliot’s carpet cleaners visited Mums, following house entry guidelines, moving furniture (she doesn’t have much) and making mums house smell fantastic again! Thank you so very much for all your help. Incredible service.

I was very impressed with both the service and the price for the work completed. As a landlord I really appreciate dependable service, I was able to conveniently arrange a cleaning slot, liaised via WhatsApp business messaging, and the two clean services I got were great (mattress clean and whole house deep clean). In particular, Sarah did a stand out job, removing even the stubborn mould that had built up from students not venting the house. The house feels new again. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Removed bad carpet stains

Booked Elliots to clean a living room carpet in a house we'd recently moved into. Afterwards the room had an unbearable chemical smell that would not fade even with all windows open all day. They came back 3 days later to rinse it again, but it only made a slight difference. Two weeks later the room was still unusable and we had to replace the whole carpet. Elliots denied any responsibility, claiming it's the fault of the previous residents. We got no warning this could happen or any waiver to say we accepted it as a risk, and no compensation. "Satisfaction guaranteed" on website is not true.
