Appeared for the job on time and did not want to take the payment until a few days later so that I had time to test if the UFH was working correctly (UFH heating takes time to change the temp so it is not always immediately obvious if it works efficiently). The quote was honoured and the invoice supplied - I would recommend the company based on my experience so far.

Having bought a new induction hob to replace the old gas hob that was installed at the house, Kastriot (Elka) was a blessing as he could do "both" certified gas and electricity repairs and installations so we were not left without a hob for any period. He has since returned to replace the old consumer unit and will shortly come back to replace a broken light outside and in December he will carry out the yearly Gas Safe inspection. He gets on in no fuss, "can do" way with his son working alongside him. A pleasure to have him work for us.
