  Full house renovation post water escape

  ElizRose were the perfect company to fully refit our house after a flood. From our very first contact with Adam - everything that he promised to do was done to the timescale he indicated. Adam and Dan were very re-assuring with their planning and gave us regular updates and reviews of work to date. In short they removed the stress out of what had been an incredibly difficult period for us Every room in the house had building/repair work undertaken. The quality of work and tidiness was exemplary and Adam has a knack of putting you at ease. Superb job and we can't thank Adam and Dan enough

  Building work including basement tanking

  Adam and Dan carried out extensive building work including basement tanking, garage roof replacement, pointing and bathroom remodelling over several months. They transformed a cold damp basement into great family space and completed significant maintenance work thoroughly and courteously without fuss. I highly recommend their services.

  New drains,drainage, manhole and Air vents fitted

  Adam came to our rescue once again. Called him Wednesday about an urgent job, he called round that evening to discuss, started the job early next morning and finished by lunchtime had following day. Adam and Dan have now sorted out all the seriously dodgy or non existent drainage for my kitchen and bathroom and fitted telescopic air vents all around yhd extension. Adam is thorough and methodical in his work, he explains everything in layman's terms and gets on with the job. He keeps the work area as clean , tidy and safe as possible at all times. Adam comes highly recommended.

  Elizrose Limited did a fantastic job for us. Their communications were spot on, they managed to move around other jobs to fit us in sooner than initially expected. They arrived promptly, were friendly, explained every step of the job in hand, gave great advice and were very professional in their work and approach. They kept the work area tidy and as safe as possible at all times. All in all we would recommend Elizrose Limited looking for these services to everyone in North Cumbria, South East Dumfries and Galloway and South West Borders without hesitation.

  Larger doors fitting

  Adam was the only builder who made contact and contacted us about our job. He came round, measured up, gave some advice and suggestions. Very personable and easy to get on with. We were kept up to date with door arrival and days and times of job proceeding. The job took 3 days and Adam and Danny turned up on time and just got on with it. Felt very comfortable in leaving both of them there whilst we went to work. Couple of little issues dealt with pleasantly and with no fuss. Highly recomend.

  House extension

  Friendly professional service. Every aspect of the extension was discussed throughout from design to completion. Extra works that we added on were kindly accommodated and completed within agreed timescale. Workmanship to a very high standard. Same company completed everything so we didn't have to worry about lots of different workman coming and going. Will definitely be using in the future and can highly recommend.
