From the very first contact to job completion Steve was fantastic.
His communication was perfect - he set expectations from the start about when we would receive the quote and was true to his word.
For the duration of the job he was clean, tidy and made us aware of what the plan was for each day. When something could be made even better (latexing the floor for the perfect finish) he told us about this and was super reasonable pricing the addition.
Overall we are over the moon with the result, the look and quality is exceptional.

Oak wood flooring repair, sanding and refinishing.

This was a large ground floor area (lounge/diner, kitchen and hallway) of oak laminated flooring that needed some repair and refinishing. The work was carried out on time as promised with minimal disruption. Steve took care not to damage installed kitchen cabinets and skirting board paintwork during sanding. Overall we are very pleased with the finished result - it has transformed the look of the flooring from somewhat tired to new.

Hallway floor sanding

Steve was professional from the initial enquiry providing a timely quote and set my expectations on his availability. He arrived on the day booked at the time he said and did an amazing job. The tired looking floor came up far better than I could have imagined.
There was a very tiny unnoticeable bubble in the lacquer which I contacted Steve about and he promptly came back and rectified the issue.

From initial conversation through to completing the job, Steve was communicative, helpful and precise in his work.
We had an idea of what we wanted but with Steve’s advice we are extremely happy with the end result. The flooring he put down looks fantastic - the workmanship is outstanding and all of the hard work he did for us is appreciated.
He did the work in exactly the time he told us he would, within the budget we agreed and with an amazing end result. I’m not sure you can ask for anything more.
