  Great Service, Excellent Communication & A Pleasure to Deal With

  We recently had Marc from Elite Utility Solutions Ltd mole and install a new water supply pipe at our property and couldn’t fault the experience. Communication was excellent. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and turned up exactly when he said he would. The work was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption, which we really appreciated as it was a tenanted property. The moling was done neatly, the installation finished to a high standard, everything was fully tested, and the site left tidy. Marc is also just a genuinely nice guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend

  Replacement of water mains pipe to kitchen.

  The old cold-water inlet pipe into my kitchen was leaking and Marc and his colleague fitted a new pipe with stopcock up from the side entry of the house. This involved excavating to expose the mains pipe (not straightforward since the pipe makes an unexpected detour around the wastewater manhole!) They worked expertly and to a high standard and I am very happy with the result.
