Matt was knowledgeable and polite. Found problem quickly and made repair, plus fixing other faults that would have eventually caused problems.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Elite Roof Services were very quick to respond and carry out the work. I have marked down reliability due to the scaffolders required and the length of time it took them to retrieve the scaffolding. However, Matthew was always very responsive with communication.

Initially Elite Roofing came and looked at the job and gave me a quote. Unfortunately after the date for set for the work to be completed, Matthew from Elite was not able to complete the work. However he asked his son in law (who runs another roofing company) to contact me and he completed the work on Elite Roofing's behalf. The work was carried out as organised and the workers worked tirelessly all day to get the job completed. They were polite and courteous. The job seems to have been completed successfully, however, proof will be when it rains and the roof no longer leaks.
