Elite roofing came to fix a small leak in my porch roof. Very polite and professional. They then cleaned my gutters. Hardworking and very tidy.

Their estimates did not include a business address or logo, very odd. I spent £21300.00 on repairs and a new shed roof.New shed roof leaks and left everywhere a complete mess. They said the scaffolders would clean the debris on the platforms. The scaffolders came at last and threw the debris all over our patio and said it was not their problem. The roofer has promised many times to come and rectify the problems and never does. the last was last Thursday again a lie and no show and our patio is a mess still, Now having to pay for someone to clean up and the shed still leaks! Do not use them.

Having been let down by two other roofers we were recommended Sam Smith (Elite Roofing, West Sussex). Mr Smith verbally gave a 15 year guarantee. We are both retired and are pursuing an insurance claim to recover some of savings we spent on the work. The insurance company have requested a breakdown of costs but Mr Smith now seems completely uncontactable; no response to email or voice mail, no response to texts and WhatsApp appears to be blocked! We are now very concerned about the quality of the work undertaken. Very disappointed!
