Josh had incredibly good communication from the start. Kept me updated, checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with progress. Did a fantastic job with the patio and making sure it all looked lovely. Very happy.

I wanted to level out my garden and lay a new patio out, (a make over ).Recomended by a friend I contacted Josh of Elite Property Soloutions.He came and gave me a quote and we agreed a price and a time for him to start the work. The first day I was amazed on how much of the work he had completed He had ordered the tools and materials to get on with the job and was well on his way. Comunication was good and he told me exactly what he was going to do next, The job was completed on time and i was delighted with the result.

Very professional. Listened to what we wanted and advised us what could be done to look the best. Resin front is amazing. There were lots of colours to choose from. Fence is amazing quality and looks really good. 2 bespoke wooden gates made to fit the side entrances are excellent quality and solid wood. Very professional and would recommend to anyone.
