We needed a quick garage conversion and chose radek over 2 others , the quotes were similar but first impressions with radek were very good, he came to look at the job as arranged , talked me through what he would do then I had the quote within 2 days, all broken down so I could see exactly what each part of the job would cost. Radek and his team started when they said they would, got stuck in every day and finished on time even with a few extras we asked for. A very hardworking, honest and knowledgeable builder, i would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Elite property services recently laid an LVT floor at my home. I found the company to be very reliable, turning up on time and keeping me well informed of the process and timings. The team were courteous and very professional at all times and on completion of the job left the room immaculate, taking away all waste. I would not hesitate to use the company again and would recommend to family and friends.

We embarked upon a huge project to replace our main family bathroom, daughters en suite and main lounge area with Elite Property Services starting with the family bathroom. This was a huge undertaking requiring all walls, flooring and ceiling to be stripped back to the bare stone work of our 18th century Georgian farmhouse, with every element to be replaced! And what a job, the craftsmanship is superb and finish is impeccable with chamfered tiling rather than edging, which looks incredible. 27” Sunken TV and Brass Bath centre piece finish the look. An outstanding asset to the house!
