Firstly I would like to say I’m definitely not a rude person neither would I swear at a potential customer. Today I was contacted by this customer that I had previously been to see to supply a quote for some boarding in his loft I explained that I was busy but I could move some things about and I would try and make room in my diary to be able to come and do the boarding as he didn’t want the tank sitting around. So on the call today he asked if I would come tomorrow and I explained that that wouldn’t be possible as I was doing another job I explained that it would be Monday or Tuesday in which he replied ok Monday then and I replied no it would be Monday or Tuesday as I’m quite busy he then changed his tone with me and demanded that it would be Monday. I then said thank you very much but i don’t want to do the job for you now as he was demanding for me to go there on Monday. This is not how it works I have other customers booked in and would not want to let them down.
