  Gutter cleaning

  We had our gutters cleaned with a vacuum, but unfortunately it did not work as expected since the debris was wet. This important detail was never mentioned when booking, which led to the job being ineffective. Now we need to call someone else to finish the work—what a waste of money. On top of that, the side gutter we share with our neighbour was not cleaned, even though this is normally included in gutter cleaning services. The operator was also very hesitant to provide an invoice, and only did so after we insisted. Overall, we are not happy with the service and would not recommend.

  We cleaned your gutters to our usual high standards. When you asked us to clean the side roof we declined as roof cleaning is priced differently from gutter cleaning. You claim that a roof is part of guttering is inaccurate.
