They arrived when they said they would,and communicated well what was happening throughout. they were quick and efficient in the work, and tidied up after they were done.

Quick response to the job request on the app and visited on my first available date. Sam was polite and chatty- showed me what was required and what my options were. We agreed a replacement tap was the best way forward and he gave me updated costs before proceeding. Job was quickly completed and kitchen was left clean and tidy. Had this job turned down by a number of firms previously as it was too small for them so grateful to Sam and Elite Plumbing for getting it done for me.

Despite initial confusion about the date the work would be completed, due to technical difficulties with company booking system, which they apologised for. Estimate for the work required was submitted promptly and my specific requirements were acknowledged and prioritised. Sam arrived on time and carried out the installation quickly and cleanly and he answered all my questions. Payment was made on completion of the work via an online link messaged to me by Sam. Payment exactly matched estimate previously provided.

The guys were great, I couldn’t recommend them more. I am so pleased with the updates to my bathroom, they even hung my new mirror and fixed my broken sink in the kitchen while they were there. Both guys were very polite and friendly and honestly did a fantastic job.

Elite redid an ensuite shower room and installed new worktop and top units in my rental flat in Edinburgh. They were very good at staying in contact with deliveries ad schedule as I live in London. The jobs were completed to a very high standard and I was very pleased with them WE have the rentals in Edinburgh and will Definitely use them again and can highly recommend them
