  Great service from James from start to finish. This is the second time I have used this company and would definitely use again. James came out to look at the problem within days of the initial call and was able to sort there and then. Always very friendly, polite and very professional. The issue/job was clearly explained before being carried out.

  Guttering and roof valley problem solved

  James fixed the gutter leveling issue and roof valley to a professional standard. He was very responsive to my call, kept me informed of progress, and communicated clearly about when he would attend. He took the time to resolve my concerns before Christmas, which I really appreciated.

  When James completed the front corner soffit repair on November 14th he reported that there appeared to some damage to the corner of the roof itself. At my request he came back today, December 10th, to inspect the roof further. Upon inspecting the roof he provided photographs showing an area where the concrete between the tiles had come away and also that there was a gap where water had got into the cavity. He gave me a price to do the repairs and once completed he provided photographs of the finished work. Furthermore he charged me less than the original quote. Thank you James 10 out of 10

  High quality and professional service

  James at elite plastics have supplied and installed all the guttering to the front of our house and and to our garage. The work was of very high standard reasonably priced with a highly professional service. I have recommended his services to a number of family and friends all with the same feedback.

  Roof leak

  Had a leak below an upstairs flat roof that needed sorting quickly. James popped round to have a look, found the issue and clearly explained and demonstrated the cause of the leak and gave me a quote to repair. He sorted the issues, charged a reasonable price and left everywhere tidy. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him!

  Recommended company for all things roofing and guttering

  Called James, next day he was here, cleared all the guttering out from mine and next door and replaced any brackets that had perished. polite and courteous. Will always be my go to firm for this type of work. Well recommended.
