  I'm absolutely dumbfounded that the work only took a few minutes to execute, the repair was not trouble at all and the plumber knew in an instant exactly what to do and which tools and parts to use. It now works ten times better than before.

  Investigated and cleared drain problem

  I contacted Joseph directly on behalf of my elderly parents for a suspected drain problem as bad smells were emanating from their kitchen. He was totally courteous and helpful, and was able to go to them within the hour. He told me his simple charging structure and was kind enough to call me back to reassure me when the work had been completed. Most importantly, my mother was very impressed with his manner and professionalism. Highly recommended, would definitely use again. Thank you Joseph and thank you CheckaTrade.
