  Mark at Elite Home Care was excellent from start to finish, providing first class service throughout. Mark was in touch quickly and was flexible arranging a time to view the property to provide a clear and competitive quote. His communication was really good, explaining exactly what he’d do with aid of pics and video. Mark provided a solution when we needed to make a change. The work was carried out quickly and effectively on the day with more videos and pics provided. Gutters were cleared too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Mark and the Elite Home Care team to friends and family!

  Replacement guttering.

  Mark was really prompt in replying and was the only company that did. He quickly came for a site visit, was very professional and provided a written quote later the same day. We agreed a time within a week to carry out the repairs and when he came back with Mick, they got on with the job in hand with no fuss and communicated as they carried out the job. A couple of nice guys who knew what they were doing and went the extra mile. Highly recommended.

  Valley and guttering replacement

  Incredibly thorough, prompt and great communication throughout. We had an issue with damp and a leak which other builders had struggled to locate/solveda1. Mark and his team did a thorough investigation at point on quote and the work carried out was efficient, professional and clean/tidy! Totally recommend and will definitely be using Marks company in future! Thank you

  Repair of cracked roof tiles.

  Elite Home Care did an excellent job of repairing cracked tiles on my roof that were letting in water. Their workmanship was of a very high standard, professional and caring. They took care to ensure that the repairs caused as little disruption as possible. I can highly recommend this company.
