Very professional and happy with quality of the work

We recently had an issue with our garage door that wouldn’t close, and this company was absolutely brilliant. From the first contact, communication was excellent. There was no call-out fee, and they gave a very reasonable quote straight away. They came out the next day, arrived right on time, and were really friendly and professional throughout. The whole process was stress-free and efficient – exactly what you need in an emergency. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

This is the 2nd time Michael has been out to my door.. the 1st time was 2 or 3 years ago and I was impressed that time and kept his number.. so glad I did, called him back today for a similar issue, garage door jammed closed. Turns out is was an easy 10 minute fix.. Michael refused any payment .. he’s a really decent honest guy, he turns up promptly at the arranged time, and he is polite and courteous. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service from a very knowledgeable and proffessional workman. Michael was able to suggest a number of options for repair and security to me, along with pros, cons and price to each option, allowing me to make an informed decision. Michael then fitted the chosen options quickly and to a brilliant standard, even giving maintenance and longevity advice afterwards. Would 100% recommend.

Phoned elite garage door repairs and spoke to Michael. He’s said he could fix the garage door. He came out at the stated time done the job quickly for less than he quoted. He also gave me some advice on maintenance. Michael was very polite. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a repair of their garage door
