  Full hallway repairs

  After a flood, our hallway was in need of full repairs. This involved repairing ceiling, talking off and replacing wallpaper, removing and replacing water damaged plaster and silicone in the bathtub. Kai performed the work to excellent quality, communication was always open and fast. The job was complex with a second flood incident and additional repairs necessary. Kai was able to revise his quote and tailor his work as necessary. Will definitely recommend, will use again.
