  Overcharged. Included time getting materials for job as not on site for hours invoiced

  Eclipse chosen to fit new lights & oven. Choice based on reviews here. Work seen by summary sent by Eclipse when hrs politely queried as in excess of hrs spent at house- I recorded hrs on site meticulously EEGL use "approximately" for visits AND claim some of time that was over double hrs at house was for "sourcing the materials needed". AVOID I got no money back Overcharged. Response: "19/12/2025 – Approximately 1 hour (initial visit) 04/02/2026 – Approximately 6 hours sourcing the materials needed, carrying out the chasing and installation of switches 04/03/2026 – Approximately 2 hou..."

  Could not have been a better experience, from the first contact to completion of the works. Great communication throughout. Extremely tidy and professional work and treated our humble home with respect. No mess for us to tidy on completion. All of this included in a very competitive quote.   To have a broken shower replaced with a new one.

  Dan arrived when he said he would. He explained in detail what he planned to do and if I was happy with that. His work was perfect and the bathroom was left clean and tidy. His invoice was as quoted. I would definitely use Dan again.
