  Various electrical job

  It wasn't so much the work they did it was that they intensionally made me miss a hospital appointment by blocking my exit from my drive with their van. The job took much longer than they said it would and I the only time in the day when I wasn't fully available for them was from 3.30pm onwards. It was exactly then that I was prevented from leaving for my hospital appointment as they insisted on preparing the paperwork and me paying immediately. I asked if I could pay on my return from the hospital at 5pm but they wouldn't remove their van. Subsequently I missed my appointment.

  Such a shame to receive this feedback as it is important to us. It is great you were happy with the work! The Electrician who came to you has worked for me for over 20 years! He is a very honest man with a family. I asked him about your feedback and he has said he was loading his tools, ladders and the rush only became apparent when he gave you the bill? We apologise for any delay but the only reason was getting your job completed for you. He had made you aware of the time and issues/dangerous vermin damage during the day that you were there with him for the whole visit. He did give you the choice to leave the fault disconnected but you chose to proceed with the works, then further fan works after. For smaller works you were made aware when I booked the works, we take card or bank transfer payment when the works are finished. I personally dropped off materials purchased at no extra cost for delivery same day so the works could be finished for you.
