Had agreed for the job to be done today, had a phone call first thing this morning to confirm that they were coming between 11:00-12:00, arrived at 11:45. Discussed what they were going to do and they even amended plan to make things neater. Carried out the work swiftly and professionally, checked everything when done to make sure I was happy, also told me to not move dryer for a couple of days as concrete needs to set. Cleared up and left.
