•Please make us aware of any obvious broken/ faulty items inside the home before we arrive as broken items/furniture will be photographed as we cannot be held accountable for damage.
•We will decline to clean anything broken or unstable that could potentially cause harm.
•Prior to booking we will require photos of your home.
When booking, please be honest about the size/condition of your home so we can allocate the correct amount of time so nothing is missed, and this will avoid delays within our day.
