Excellent communication from the off, friendly and clear explanation of services. No pressure to commit, very honest and open approach. On the day, phoned ahead prior to agreed time to say on the way, both guys polite and pleasant, got straight on with work, did a great job and very efficient. Brilliant value and job well done, carpets looked like new. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Also provided invoice for me to send to landlord as proof, very handy when you want to get your deposit back!

They arrrived before the time that said, which was good. He was very friendly and efficient with the work. I was quoted a price on the phone, but when the man arrived he talked about the need for having scotchguard after the cleaning to protect the material, which was not told to me on the phone when I was given a price and it was an extra £48.00 on the price quoted.

Hi There, the lad u sent me to clean my spare room carpet etc, he was lovely, polite, and worked really hard. Fantastic job. I never knew my little dog left so much mess and stains as u can c on the photo he took. He is defo a asset to u n ur company. Defo use u again😁😁

The job was completely quickly in half the time expected. At initial glance, the carpets looked clean. However, when I felt them that afternoon to see if dry, hair could still be combed up from every carpet and there was dirt in the carpets around every skirting board. Next time I get my carpets cleaned, I won’t necessarily go for the cheapest quote and will supervise & inspect the work more closely before paying.
