First visit work was not done to a very good standard. After complaining about it they came back for a second visit and it was done satisfactorily at no extra cost to myself and also cleaned my corner suite for no charge as a goodwill gesture.

Prompt response and clear statement as to what they will do. Arrived a few days later and the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They did not move arm chairs or settee and when I mentioned this they said that under them would not dry and would smell. All in all pleased with results.
