Rikki and his team were most professional, polite, and kept me informed of progress of this project. There was a minor hiccup on the start date but this was dealt with quickly. The standard of work was high and they even showed up very early on a Saturday on the final day to remove the shuttering on the concrete. I would definitely recommend them.

A good friend recommended Rikki to us. She spoke highly of Rikki & his team standard of work, realibility was very good . We had them to undertake our house renovation and it isnow completed. We are looking forward to enjoying living in our bungalow for many years to come . His invoicing which shows the cost and type of work done was useful. He advises and guides the customer so that the finished job is of good quality and looks good . I am particularly pleased with the extra space he created in my hallway. Rikki and his team were also considerate to our neighbours throughout the build.

Elite Building Service has worked on our bungalow for 3 months. We are delighted with the standard of work . During this period , we were called away suddenly. Rikki Flood was sensitive to our situation and gave an exceptional support to us . He kept us informed and on return we found a good progress had been made . There is more work to be done and we look forward seeing the finished job. In the meantime we are keen to share our pleasure of choosing him to undertake our big project .
