Job completed exactly as requested and in very good time (flat pack assembly). Contractor easily rectified problems with some furniture parts. Would absolutely use again. Very good value for money.

I spoke to Narya from Elite Building Facilities Ltd and she quickly got someone over to come do the job I needed. She was very reassuring and even gave me a good price discount. I’m pleased with the work done and the handyman Alex was very very professional and helpful.

The carpentry work on the door and hedge cutting was completed efficiently. Perhaps some more attention coculd be given to cleaning up after the job. The carpet patch was less successful - perhaps as the contractor lacked the specialist tool or skill.

Elite were really communicative throughout the process. I appreciated their last minute flexibility
