I contacted Leigh following a personal recommendation (from another satisfied customer). We had water ingress due to blocked guttering and defective downpipe. Leigh came out promptly to quote and returned soon afterwards to carry out the repairs. Kept me informed throughout, even arriving earlier than expected to do the job! Job: Rendering the party wall. Elite Building and Roofing Maintenance were recommended by a neighbour & the quote was very reasonable but I was delighted to realise I was in the hands of a former student of mine. Consequently, I had great confidence that the work would be done promptly and expertly. I wasn't disappointed. Both Leigh & his colleague Dave were pleasant, polite and cheerful workmen. Leigh and his team came to repair some slipped tiles, repointed the ridge tiles and also tackled and cleaned out all of the gutters, which were in desperate need of attention. They did an excellent job, worked hard, were very friendly , cleared up as they went along and charged a reasonable fee for the job. Booked for gutter clean n repair where necessary, & roof clean on main house, gutters on summerhouse and clean and reseal roof lanterns on leanto with GRP roof. Leigh & Dave did a really great job, totally transformed the look of the house from very grubby to sparkling clean, with all necessary repairs completed. They were very tidy and took away all waste materials. Nothing was too much trouble, and when I asked for extra jobs to be done, they were all carried out with the same care and attention to detail. I don’t have enough space here to list all the work they did, worked their socks off
