This is the second time I’ve used Leigh and his colleague, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The first job involved supplying and fitting chimney cowls and clearing the gutters. The second job was fitting a new downpipe, installing tile vents, and cutting ventilation into the sarking boards. On both occasions the work was done to a high standard. They turned up on time, were very friendly and professional, and the price was competitive. I’m a repeat customer for a reason and would recommend.

I found myself in a tricky situation in October and needed to get my roof replaced in readiness for solar panel installation. I had used Leigh before so asked him to come and have a look at the job. He was super quick to respond, gave me a very reasonable price and was able to squeeze me in within the month. Leigh was responsive, did an excellent quality job and was great value. On top of this he worked with the solar installer to allow them to install their brackets while he was doing the work. Great cooperation which benefited me considerably. I’m very happy to recommend.

Leigh recently re-pointed external walls for us with lime mortar as it is a listed property. He did a great job, keeping in touch with us about ETA every day, working conscientiously, and keeping the outside areas clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the work carried out!

Leigh from Elite Building & Roofing Maintenance was recommended to me by two seperate previous customers in the village. He came and looked at the issues and provided quotes for fixing the repair and removing moss as it was really bad. He had a space and was able to fit us in quite quickly. They arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job and cleared up well. I'd highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the work that Leigh at Elite Building and Roofing Maintainance carried out. Communication was first rate from start to finish. Leigh was both professional and personable and an absolute pleasure to work with. They were brought in to fix a really poor job from a previous roofer and they took the time to talk through what was required, told me exactly what they were going to do to fix the poor work and did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they originally quoted.
