Initially I was very impressed. I was contacted quickly and my kitchen tap was replaced within a week. Then it wasn’t so good. The tap had a small leak and I tried to contact the firm to come out to have a look at it. I telephoned every day for a week and no one got back to me at all. Just had Matty their Gas Engineer to replace a Hive Receiver, there were problems pairing the new receiver with the hub and phone not down to Matty I might add.
