  Initially I was very impressed. I was contacted quickly and my kitchen tap was replaced within a week. Then it wasn’t so good. The tap had a small leak and I tried to contact the firm to come out to have a look at it. I telephoned every day for a week and no one got back to me at all. I also had another plumbing job which they were going to have a look at as well but we haven’t heard anything back from them about that.

  Service above and beyond

  Just had Matty their Gas Engineer to replace a Hive Receiver, there were problems pairing the new receiver with the hub and phone not down to Matty I might add. He had the patience of a saint and went above and beyond to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this Matty and this company.

  Blocked sink

  Unfortunately unable to clear blockage but tried everything to do so until it became obvious that blockage was behind tiled wall and would become a major repair that was not necessary in an en-suite that we intend to replace.

  Shower fitting

  Very good overall. Clean and tidy. Nice blokes. Left some very minor cosmetic issues around (small dents in ceiling) and slightly large gaps.
