From start to finish the fitter was both professional and personable. All queries were settled straight away and he always left the room (and the flooring leading to it) very clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and he overcame two, or three 'hurdles' (which happened through no fault if his) efficiently. We recently had our existing en-suite stripped out and replaced by Mike. From the outset Mike was professional and friendly, coming out to visit us, give us ideas and coming back to us with an itemised quote within days. The quality of Mikes workmanship is top notch, he worked speedily and cleanly and we’re really pleased with our new en-suite. One other thing to mention, is that we had delays with some of our tiles arriving. Mike was very flexible, and was able to work around the issues we had, which we appreciated greatly. More than happy with the work Mike did installing my bathroom. He was reliable and trustworthy ( I even gave him my key while away for a few days ) and left my bathroom clean and tidy each night when he left for the evening.
