We called in Elite Access to initially investigate the reason for our gates not working as a priority and secondly to review the intercom system. The initial problem was diagnosed as a faulty cable running under the drive to one of the sensors. Corrective work was planned quickly and efficiently with the least invasive, disruptive and costly solution suggested by Dan. Once the gates were working Dan reviewed the intercom system and found issues with the controller circuit board. The system was replaced and at all times Dan and his team were polite, responsive and diligent. Great service

Dan was a pleasure to deal with, from the first enquiry to fitting my shutter, he was easy to communicate with, quick and cheap! My shutter had to be custom made to fit and he talked me through the whole process, kept me updated and it was fitted within a week! On top of that, he was a lot cheaper than any other quote I had got. I have recommended to a few friends who have since used him and had the same 10/10 experience!
