John was prompt and did an excellent job replacing our old lock with a new 3 star encrypted key. He went the extra mile adjusting our door to minimise dragging on the newly installed front door rug. Would highly recommend Elite365.

I called Elite365 regarding an issue with Bi-fold doors, which I couldn't lock or close at all. They turned up on time and well prepared. I knew straight away that they knew what they were doing and, that they were genuine. Turned into a bit of a job, which they completed very professionally and with a decent cost as well. Extremely happy with the service, would highly recommend and will definitely use again when required.

My doors mechanism had failed leaving the door unable to open. John came the next day and sorted it out. Gave a couple of options, few bits of advice and also adjusted the hinges on my patio doors for me too. This is the second time I’ve used the company - the lock on the door failed 3 years ago (but he reused that this time) and I genuinely can’t fault the service. Highly recommend.
