Super professional service from enquiry, same day survey quotation and contract to delivery 3 weeks later and installation by a superbly professional team. Fitters Stuart and Alan were first class…courteous, polite, respectful and very efficient…removed an old vintage blown unit, fitted the new Veka unit, sealed it and polished it…cleaned up and drove off with our best wishes and thanks. This is one very serious professional business and will be doing the rest of our property windows later in the year. Wholly recommend the business and what clearly distinguishes it from others…the team.

From the initial quote to replace all wooden framed 24 year old double glazing with new UPVC A rated double glazing, Elements was perfessional from day one with helpful suggestions. During installation, they were hard working polite, cleaned up and always kept us informed of progress. After sales care was excellent, overall communication between office and us was timely and can not fault.
