Great service start to finish. Sunny & colleague came to look at the job & turned up on time (rarer than it sounds!). They were pleasant, courteous & very clear communicators. The cost turned out a little higher than the 'ballpark' quote but I was fine with that; it was promptly communicated & still reasonable. The team who fitted the bifold doors also turned up promptly & were professional, friendly & good communicators. The doors look lovely. The team at ELG were absolutely brilliant. We needed to replace our old single glazed wooden sash windows (including a bay) on our terraced house and got quotes from a few companies. ELG not only were the nicest people I came across, but also did not do any hard selling and, as a bonus, came in the cheapest. I was a little nervous about that but I needn’t have been - the installation team were superb and the product supplied is great. No issues at all and the finish is perfect.
