10 Installation of uPVC sash windows

The team at ELG were absolutely brilliant. We needed to replace our old single glazed wooden sash windows (including a bay) on our terraced house and got quotes from a few companies. ELG not only were the nicest people I came across, but also did not do any hard selling and, as a bonus, came in the cheapest. I was a little nervous about that but I needn’t have been - the installation team were superb and the product supplied is great. No issues at all and the finish is perfect. Excellent service from Sunny and the team from start to finish. The quotation was provided promptly and was detailed and transparent, clearly setting out the scope of works and associated costs. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Communication throughout was professional, and they liaised directly with the tenants, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
