Extremely disappointed with Desmond. Initially liked his reviews but he turned out to be unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. Promised a kitchen and bathroom quote in August — never sent it despite many follow-ups. Recently, contacted him again to fix a leaking sink and for the kitchen quote, and again he promised to come this weekend but hasn't showed up. Ignored my messages again, leaving me waiting not knowing what's happening. He has poor communication, no reliability and has wasted my time more than once completely. Would never recommend. Not a man of his word at all!

After getting several quotes, I chose Elevate because Desmond immediately put me at ease. I'd had a poor experience before with a bathroom done to an unsafe standard, so I was nervous. Desmond was fantastic—his work is top quality, he stuck to the timeline and budget, and he's incredibly hardworking. He’s one of the best builders I’ve worked with. I’ve already booked him for more work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Honest, reliable, and professional from start to finish.

Integration of bathroom and WC. Register new bathroom suite with shower and revamped kitchen. Excellent job, would definitely use again! Highly recommended!

Desmond was really nice to deal with and really tried to solve an awkward problem. The sink which was damaged was discontinued but Desmond sourced an alternative and made it work. Great quality of work, communication and reliability.

Desmond was very communicative, understood our complex kitchen design and was able to accommodate bespoke changes. We really liked the quality of his work and would happily recommend Desmond.

Had my bathroom fitted, and I’m absolutely loving it! The whole process was smooth, and the end result is amazing. Everything looks so fresh and modern – the new tiles, shower, and sink have really transformed the space. Super happy with the quality and the finish. Desmond and Daniel were very professional, tidy and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
