After getting several quotes, I chose Elevate because Desmond immediately put me at ease. I'd had a poor experience before with a bathroom done to an unsafe standard, so I was nervous. Desmond was really nice to deal with and really tried to solve an awkward problem. The sink which was damaged was discontinued but Desmond sourced an alternative and made it work. Great quality of work, communication and reliability.

Had my bathroom fitted, and I’m absolutely loving it! The whole process was smooth, and the end result is amazing. Everything looks so fresh and modern – the new tiles, shower, and sink have really transformed the space. Super happy with the quality and the finish.
