Sam was excellent. He came out to quote. He was thorough. He was considerate. He understood my concerns. He found a way to make my repairs work without doing more than was absolutely needed. He involved me in the journey. This made trust easy to build. His crew were courteous too. I'm thankful we met. It is a good story when our hard earned money is paid to folks who respect the price and the value of the work. I would choose Sam for roof work without question. He cares, and it shows.
