    Smeg oven repair

    I needed my oven to be repaired. They were able to find the replacement part for me, eventhough it was not sold in the UK. The needed to come three times because of this but mantained their initial quotation. Will be using them again.

    Quick response and a proper fix

    Really happy with the service. They fixed my Samsung washing machine and were quick to respond from the start, which made a big difference. They talked me through what was wrong, ordered the parts needed, and came back a second time to make sure everything was properly sorted. I liked that they didn’t rush it or leave it half-fixed. They made sure it was actually working as it should before signing it off. Would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
