  Disappointing end of tenancy clean

  We booked Elena for our end of tenancy clean and her communication prior to the job was great however the clean itself wasn’t what we had expected after paying £200. The landlord wasn’t satisfied and it was due to things having been missed (hob tops, splashback, dust on shelves) or not properly cleaned (oven, fridge). It’s a shame as I chose them due to great reviews but the job ended up not being completed to a high enough standard and we’ve had to go elsewhere for a further clean leaving us even more out pocket. We did try contacting afterwards and didn’t hear back.

  End of Tenancy Cleaning

  Elena Cleaning undertook an end-of-tenancy cleaning. Despite it being a large and challenging job they left the property in excellent condition, particularly the carpets which had accumulated a lot of pet hair. They were responsive ahead of and during the job, accommodating changes in availability. I would recommend them for this, and other cleaning jobs.

  First time using Elenas Cleaning Service. Very responsive to my emails, phone. Elena came to see my home and confirm her quote. Arrived promptly with her team and completed the job to a high standard and in less time than anticipated. I would be happy to use the team again in the future.

  End of tenancy DEEP clean.

  Elena Cleaning is an AMAZING outfit. From the beginning, Elena was responsive, courteous and very professional. Her quote was by far, the best value for money, and the quality of work was at the highest level. I was particularly impressed by the cleaning of the oven and the windows. Both were spotless. We lived in the house for over 6 years and a lot of the hard to reach areas had accumulated a lot of ‘dust bunnies’, Elena left the house looking brand new. I was very impressed and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.
