Heating system repair

Neil was great at communicating. Initially he sent one of his colleagues out who gave our system a full look over but couldn’t find a problem. Neil came himself the following day and quickly identified a wiring short. He replaced a couple of items efficiently and was tidy. Very friendly manner, he obviously knows his stuff and the bill was entirely reasonable. Would recommend and will probably use Neil again for a system upgrade in the future.

Boiler Cold Water Overflow Replacement

The seal for our boiler'scold water overflow went, and was pouring water all over the floor. Elements responded to my request quickly, late in the evening. We arranged an appointment, and they were able to arrive early. They were very polite and professional throughout, answered all our questions, and the work was done quicker than expected. I would absolutely use them again.

Replacement Boiler

Neil of Elements Plumbing provides a great first class service - fast efficient - and all round very professionally carried out. 1 dead boiler out - 24hrs later ( on a Saturday !!) the new one was fitted up and running - very clean work Would definitely recommend to anyone needing such a service His Chekatrade rating was an added re-assurance.
