We had to call Elements Heating and Plumbing for advice in an emergency regarding our Aga Rayburn water pressure. Damian took our call and he was brilliant—he efficiently and professionally helped us to solve the issue and we were quickly able to relax, despite what was a very stressful situation. He showed us the issue over the phone, how to resolve the high water pressure issue and he explained everything very clearly, even though he hadn’t done any work for us previously. Damien came out when my heating programmer broke just before Christmas. He sourced a new one which wasn't straightforward, kept in touch while doing so and got it all working again. He is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond with any queries and also bothered to check later after he'd finished that the heating was all back on and working properly.
