In our most recent installation (Nov 2024), the carpet showed significant pilling and visible degradation within months, despite light use and careful maintenance. An inspection was carried out, but the conclusion that this is “normal wear” is simply not credible given the timeframe or the level of use. The company is not interested in seeking a satisfactory resolution to a client of 20 years standing having supplied carpets that are obviously not fit for purpose. Very poor quality and even worse customer care - avoid at all costs.
