  Fantastic service from start to finish, really clear and easy booking system with good feedback (thanks Alice🫡) and speedy attendance for a boiler callout especially as I'd left it late to book a service (i.e. winter and high demand) and it was the run up to Christmas too Top marks for punctuality, Comms, tidiness and price Cheers gang very much appreciated o

  Replacing cold and hot water tanks after leak

  Cold water tank leaked whilst we were away and the hot tank was on its last legs. Element came round, did a thorough inspection, and offered great advice and reassurance. They were able to get the works completed as a matter of emergency before we arrived home. All done to a very professional standard, clean and tidy pipework, they cleaned up after themselves and completed a big job within a day. Very happy and will certainly use them again.
