Nicky recently completed a full bathroom renovation for me. From the start, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. I had few preconceived ideas about what I wanted, but he arrived promptly to suggest options and offered a (fair) quote. Alterations were dealt with via email prior to being agreed. In terms of the job, both the products installed and the workmanship itself was of a high quality. Issues discovered along the way were handled without fuss. Work was completed earlier than quoted and the house was left clean and tidy. I recommend Nicky's services 100%.
