Great service. Was very quick to respond to my emergency call out request, was with me within around an hour. Fixed the issue and I had power back within a few hours. Defo recommend.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job rewiring my house. They were professional, attentive to detail, and went above and beyond. Joe provided a clear quote and we agreed on a date. His team worked efficiently and with great logic throughout. Joe discussed the placement of switches to make sure they were convenient and that I wouldn’t end up walking into a dark room. He also only uses Doncaster Cable, a top-quality British product compared with cheaper imported alternatives. They worked from early morning until late in the evening, and I really appreciated them tidying up after themselves too.

I had to call out an electrician to resolve a short circuit on the ground floor, affecting both the kitchen and the bedroom. Mr. Joseph Mathew promptly responded to my request and attended the site without delay. He carried out a detailed diagnosis of the issue. Although he charged only the standard call-out fee plus an hour’s labour, his investigation took well over an hour. During this time, he conducted a thorough inspection and identified multiple faults. Mr. Mathew was highly skilled, flexible with his time, and provided excellent customer service.
