Tidy work when fitting two new sockets in a room with questionable plaster. Would happily have Joshua back to do more work in the future

Our RCD kept tripping at 8pm. We found Josh from Checkatrade, and he was able to help us figure out the problem within a few minutes. We communicated through text, and he was very detailed, easy to understand and was very patient with us. We would highly recommend Josh, and will be using him when we need any electrical work done.

Josh is polite, knowledgeable and friendly and takes pride in his work. His jobs are competitively priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use his services again.

Josh arrived punctually and set about investigating the issue. What we thought was going to be a fairly simple fix, turned into a 4hr marathon. Josh was conscientious throughout, very thorough and left no socket unturned, so to speak. He accepted my assistance as his 'apprentice'. The whole time he spent at my property was with good humour even though we were both getting very frustrated we couldn't find the fault. We had an epiphany when I realised there was a junction 'box' in the kitchen ceiling. 3 holes later & the issue was located, resolved and no more tripping electrics. Josh is a star
