We had two quotes from our enquiry. Paul gave us a very competitive, comprehensive, thorough quote & demonstrated great knowledge. He presented two options for us to choose from. He and Alex were a pleasure to work with, They were tidy and communicated about plans and the days jobs superbly. They worked long days in some challenging conditions and completed the four internal, one external unit install in just over 2.5 days. The quality of the work and finish was superb, the made minimal mess and tidied up. The price was very competitive & the results fab!! We were really impressed with the service from start to finish even Paul communicated regarding the parts deliveries whilst being on holiday. Paul, Alex, and Rebecca did an exceptional job on the installation at our home. We have a baby so they proposed an design that, whilst more work for them, hid the condenser down the side of our house and away from future toddler hands. Paul worked closely with me on the design, providing multiple quotes, and his team worked extremely hard every day they were here The Mitsubishi units they installed cool the rooms down in minutes and are very quiet. Daikin are popular in the UK, but in Asia and Australia - places that really need AC - Mitsubishi are the most popular. Highly recommended!Verified reviewerJob location: CB23
