Vincent missed the first appointment without notice, then tried to overcharge me for the EICR. The electrician said no remedial work was needed, but the report marked urgent issues. I’ve since asked Vincent for clarification and a copy of the expired report link, but received no response. I still don’t have the report I paid for. Avoid this trader.
