  General electrical works

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul and his team were brilliant and I’m really happy with the quality of the work and how everything was handled. Metin and the other guy (sorry for forgetting your name) were great on site. They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciated their effort in helping us incorporate smart switches into our home setup. It’s a tricky area with so many brands and systems out there but they did their best to accommodate our vision and make it work.

  House rewiring and oven installation

  The company was very clear and responsive with their communication throughout. They also spotted that there was an issue with the wiring on the oven we had purchased, and suggested we return it. They then returned another day to install the new oven, free of charge

  Replace switches and plug

  Came to replace two light switches to fit LED compatible ones. Also replaced a socket that had been left by other contractors in an unsafe condition (which I had not realised)! Very much appreciated this as was not part of the intended work but showed true professionalism in not wanting to leave it in an unsafe manner. The electrician was polite and friendly would have no hesitation in recommending.

  Kitchen re-wiring

  We chose Paul for his confidence and expertise. Unfortunately, we experienced numerous issues: extra ceiling holes, half-day work causing scheduling disruptions, and cut extension leads without notice. Our kitchen fitter later identified serious problems including unusual cable truncating, incorrect socket placement, and improperly installed fuse boxes. We ultimately hired another electrician at £450 extra cost to fix these issues. While communication may have been a factor, we expected better guidance from professionals. This stressful experience could have been avoided.

  EICR for a property I am purchasing
